I tried that (and a few others) a few days ago and it didn't work - the
BBC seem quick to patch holes in iPlayer. Shame, cos there was a
programme we saw streaming that a family member would have been
interested in, but the seven-day shutoff kicked in before they could
have had chance to see it, and - of course - you can't do the
thirty-day-expiry downloadable version on the Mac. Bastards. DRM sucks.
I guess that they must have updated the downloader since I tried it.
