No, you can't. The only data option with PAYG is the unlimited web
access capped at £1 per day. (£0.50/day with their 5 day pass scheme)

Okay stay with me here...
I buy a Nokia N73 (*1) on the Flext 25 + web'n'walk deal and it'll cost
£27.50 per month.
Now I take the SIM out of it and fit to a jailbroken iPhone. Wife gets
all the benefits of that deal.
I fit a PAYG T-Mobile SIM into the Nokia N73 and I have a nice new shiny
phone too.
That's probably a crappy idea but it sounds OK to me???
(*1) Or any other free phone.
