Is anyone else having issues with Click and Buy not letting you update your
credit card details? For the life of me I cannot get it to accept that my
address is valid.
I've emailed them but haven't heard back so far. News.Individual.Net will be
attempting to take payment tomorrow, so if you don't hear from me for a
while you'll know what happened...
FWIW, I have been having similar difficulties and have also e-mailed
them, without reply. The form appeared to be resetting the expiry date
of the card to 2008 on sending but that may have been an artefact.
I'm seeing that as well but I think it's just an error in re-displaying the
page.
Try this: for address line 1 just enter a number (i.e '42'). Make sure all
other details are right. Click continue. I bet you get a page claimingthat
the only error is on line 1.
Now enter something like '42 Terbot Drive' and again make sure all other
details are correct -I bet it will complain that multiple fields are wrong,
including the card verification number and the post code.
Weird. And deeply irritating.
