Whenever my wife sends me email, I get both the html and the plaintext
versions. Is there some preference (that I haven't found obvious) in
Mail.app to only send the styled, and not both?
Just send the Plain text version.
Yes, that would be the preferred option, but would require her to send
the plaintext version only when she's sending to me. For everyone else,
she wants to send the styled version.
Maritally related doesn't imply any influence in the area of html email.
Eudora of course allows you to send styled, plain or both.
Sending a styled version without an associated plain version is
probably frowned upon by the gods, as you're preventing a set of
clients from reading the mail.
Sending both makes sense, and sending plain makes sense too.
Cheers,
Chris
I'm not a God, but I hate HTML styled text. If I get am all HTML it gets
deleted on the spot!
