I think the 'Lite' version doesn't do that, having just looked.
However, i would actually pay for something that did that.

Vienna is free and can do Smart Feeds, although I'm not sure to what extent.

Worth a try for the cost though.

just got it - is that the same as smart folders?

ie you already have the news feeds set up, but the app then filters them
on a keyword?
