Hi,
I'm off to the USA next week. What will I need to be able to use my
MacBook while I'm there? I said it was a stupid question :o)
A *really* long power cable, or maybe just a US plug for your power adapter.
A US adapter plug worked fine for mine - you don't need the international plug pack that Apple charge a fortune for.
There is one flaw with it that approach though - my original MBP power supply was so huge that connecting it via the adaptor often left it sagging down under its own weight. The traveller pack would stop that. I now have a smaller version of the power supply, not sure if that would have the same problem.
Cheers,
Ian
