Front Row. Is it any good?



My movies are stored on a portable firewire disk (FW400)
I've put an alias to the remote folder into the Movies folder on the
MBP.
FrontRow is painfully slow accessing the content, whereas VLC fairly
whizzes through the lists.
The movies eventually play ok, but you could fall asleep waiting for
them to appear.
