I've got a Nokia 770 (its now very-cheap immediate predecessor) and it
works fine, except for the small point of completely killing
diskarbitrationd and therefore the whole of Mac OS within about 10
minutes of disconnecting it from the computer.
I got one now - ordered from play.com on friday, shipped on monday,
turned up here at 8:15, which would have been great except I leave for
work at 8!
Anyway, got it now and am really impressed with it. Hell of a lot of
machine for only 80 quid.
I'm very pleased with mine, there's a patched kernel to make the MMC
card go faster and instructions to put the OS on a memory card which
makes it go faster again if you're so inclined.
Think I will leave it for a bit and play around with the user space
before changing the system. Still, nice that you can.
I am guessing it doesn't do iSync yet then?
I don't think there's actually a lot to sync with out of the box.
