Opening Word documents

My wife asked me to download a job application form which is in
Microsoft Word format. I opened it up in NeoOffice, but the pages are
formatted wrongly and consequently print wrongly. I need a quick way of
opening this document and printing it ASAP. Can anyone suggest a method
please.
