I was in the market for a laser printer, I did the usual searches, and
found www.printerland.co.uk to be the cheapest by around £8 - £48
inc.delivery for a new laser printer - cant go wrong really.
I ordered it at 7:30am on Friday, I checked my mails at 4pm, a mail from
Printerland said "sorry, we havent got that one in stock at the mo,
would you like the next version up (£20 extra), at the same price?"
That's exactly what they did with me, except we couldn't figure out (on the phone) whether the 'upgrade' had mac universal drivers so I left it. I did have a whine about accepting orders for phantom stock but they didn't seem terribly interested.
I said yes.Expecting them to re-process the order on Tuesday.
It arrived at 8:30am Tuesday morning (a Smasung ML2570).
Plugged in, no need for any drivers, and first page printed less than 5
minutes after it arrived. Excellent quality print, and so fast.
Definitely a Company I'd recommend, at excellent prices too, and the
printer is perfect for my needs.
Alan.
Sounds good enough!
