Dreadfully plonking Wifi question

At the end of next week we move house. The new house needs a lot of
unpleasant work done on it, but eventually I intend to have Cat5 laid in
the only two places that matter, and I'll be using the same wired router
setup I have now.

In the mean time, we'll be staying in my sister's flat, which doesn't
have broadband. I'll use the 667 TiBook's modem (no, really) with a
throwaway dialup account- 0845 type. Any recommendations? Must be really
easy and quick to set up.

At the same time (which is likely to be a couple of months) my son in
law has a broadband connection to Demon, which suits me down to the
ground. I'd like to connect the iG5 to his Belkin wireless router. It'll
have to be wireless (it's in the room next to their new baby and running
ethernet across the floor isn't on). What's a simple, efficient Wifi
adapter for the iG5? Ethernet to Airport? I've never done this, so I'd
appreciate advice. I've thought about using the TiBook, but its Wireless
card seems to be broken... Although I will try again, first.
