Eh? I have the same layout in my 200 or so mailboxes, but I only had to
set the headings up once in Settings->Mailbox display. And altering the
column width in one mailbox alters it in all of them. I just tried it...

And that it can only apply two criteria to a filter.

Yup, that does demand some ingenuity on occasion, although I've not
found it to very limiting in practice.
