I hope that's purely a branding thing, and not an actual change in the
accounts. The idea of having this much quota at full speed, followed by
shaped and throttled bandwidth if you go over quota really fits my usage.
I also particularly like the "peak/off peak" idea, where off-peak (after
midnight) doesn't count in the quota. I can set big downloads to happen
after midnight...
Yes I liked that on the Eclipse accounts, the quota is 6pm-12pm. Having
said that even if I restricted my activity to Eclipses peak hours I
wouldn't currently hit the limit.
