2GB SODIMMs for MacBook?

What's the juries opinion on whether the newish 2GB 200 pin SODIMM
SDRAM modules will work in a MacBook Pro to take it past 2GB RAM?
Crucial now carry the following:
2GB CT25664AC667 DDR2 PC2-5300 ? CL=5 ? UNBUFFERED ? NON-ECC ?
DDR2-667 ? 1.8V ? 256Meg x 64
Not cheap (£360 with VAT). My Mac Book Pro has 2 x 1GB modules from
Crucial. They are:
1GB CT541629 DDR2 PC2-5300 ? CL=5 ? UNBUFFERED ? NON-ECC ? DDR2-667
? 1.8V ? 128Meg x 64
Could I replace 1 or 2 of the 1GB modules in the MacBook Pro with the
2GB one above and get 3GB or 4GB addressable in the MacBook Pro?
