I've found an old image file I need. It's a 17MB PICT apparently, and
nothing (not even Graphic Converter) will open it properly. All that
gets opened is the PICT Preview.

AppleWorks in Drawing mode does have access to the original high
resolution bitmap, but that's not much use - it won't let me get an
unchanged bitmap version of it into anything else, because it scales it.

I think it's a ColorIt! document.
