Oh dear, help please...

Hi guys,

I have managed to delete a composition of mine, an entire folder of audio
files, and the ProTools session file.
What is the best software to try and dig it out from my hard-drive please.
I think I accidentally deleted it when transferring to my iBook. Guess what,
I sold the iBook and its been re-formatted.

I am running OS X.4.7 on a g5 if that helps.
