Best introductory book for someone leaving the Dark Side?

All,
A friend has asked for help. He's just ordered a new iMac, returning to
Macs after a ten-year absence. He knows nothing of OS X - and his
partner knows nothing about Macs at all......
What suggestions would you make in terms of a suitable (re)introductory
book?
My initial thoughts are:
a) Bob LeVitus "Mac OS X Tiger for Dummies"
b) Dave Pogue "Switching to the Mac: The Missing Manual, Tiger Edition"
Any comments or suggestions?
Thanks
Peter
.
