Anyone used electrobytes.co.uk?

Anyone here ever used electrobytes.co.uk - especially recently? I've ordered
an mp3 player from them and still not received it over a week later (despite
saying they do same day despatch).

Emails to them have elicited no response and their online help seems to be
completely offline since I first contacted them to confirm that the player I
was ordering would work with the mac.
