Again, I would disagree on that. The tiBook I used to take into work
gained no looks as there are now many thin silver PCs. When i took the
macbook in everyone came to look. It caused much wowage.
Although I can see it would look toyish in white like the iBook.
Interesting, isn't it. At the risk of having a thousand black MacBook
owners descend on me, I always thought the black was a bit
yet-another-PC black laptop. You don't see white PC laptops (I'm sure
they exist somewhere, but they're not common), whereas you see black PC
laptops on every train and every desk. To me, white is the more
stand-out colour. Black is a rarity only in the Mac universe, it's
pretty common-place everywhere else.
Indeed. It is fairly commonplace, although it is a very nice black!
I think the wow factor comes by the way it is made (so close up)
compared to the PCs.
I also think it is more worklike.
But then I have never been keen on white outside a kitchen.
A totally subjective opinion of course.
