A G5 PowerMac isn't too shabby on speed anyway, as much RAM as you can
afford will be better.
If you can get an early dual 1.8GHz, it'll be better, as it uses faster
RAM, and has the same board as the dual 2.0GHz - faster front side
cache, faster bus speed, and can take 8GB of RAM.
The later dual 1.8 (late 2004) uses the same board as the older single
processor models, slower bus speed, less RAM etc.
Just check how many RAM slots it has, it if has eight, then you're on a
winner, only four, then it's the cheaper mother board.
Of course, it all depends on what your budget is, and what you really
need to use it for?
