abusing staff then you do not deserve service.

Brits are hardly known for random violence and we are actually very reluctant
to complain about poor service or shoddy goods. No it's actually as I said
code words for 'please don't get upset with our miserable service or
inadequate goods that you have paid your hard earned money for'. It
psychologically puts a damper on any thought to complain.
Did you choose to join the armed forces? The average black person or
Jewish person had their particular situation thrust upon them by their
parents.
I did not sign up to have individuals with the DNA profile of a combination
of Del Boy and the Kray brothers deny me the right to make legitimate
purchases. That was not in the contract!
No one need go out of business. There are no extra costs involved here.

The courier firm only takes the item as far as London, and then it goes into
the BFPO system.
