That's the laddie, yes.

If so, when my credit card renewed (which changes the security number)
they certainly emailed to let me know in good time that I should update
my details.

Of course it looked disturbingly like one of those 'confirm your
details' phishing scams, but fortunately the underlying contact url was
correct, so it was okay.

Oddly enough, I thought the same thing. However, there was enough
non-generic detail in it to make me _fairly_ sure it was genuine.
