I've considered going back to something like OS8.6, but I'm struggling

Argh!
Have a search around, there were generic drivers available for PCM cards
and one of them might well suit. Also, what make etc. is the card ?
Someone here may have had it working with OS 9.x and know of a driver
that suits.
Well, a driver for any of the following will do:
TDK DF2814 V.34 Global Class
Global Village Powerport Gold
Dayna Communicard - either 56k or 33.6k
Also.... Sonic ConnectCard (PCMCIA ethernet card)
