I assume you mean 3.1 KB/sec? I am currently between homes, so forced to
make do with a modem intarweb, and omigod it is barbaric. On a good day,
following wind, pack of etceteras, like right now I have 37,333 bits per
second which seems to translate in realworld downloads of about 150 KB a
minute, ish.
