I don't understand why you don't all use Camino then.

I haven't tried it since it was new and feature-light. I ought to take
another look.

Does it do thumbnailed tabs that are draggable to different positions or to
other windows? Saved state? Per-site preferences (font size, cookie
management, ad-blocking, download location etc)? One-click-to-add
ad-blocking? Configurable search in the toolbar[1]? Search of history and
bookmarks? Opening out tiddly little text-entry boxes into full-size
windows? Spellchecking? Proxy icons in download manager?

Does it have a javascript debugger?

Dunno. I don't use it to debug Javascript, just as a web browser.

You are failing badly

*laugh* Sorry.

but I genuinely use all the above and would miss them if I
didn't have them.

Last time I tried it, I missed the ability to render several sites I
used on a regular basis.

When was that, and what sites? It uses the same rendering engine as
Safari these days.

to search rhubarb.com directly from the tolbar

Tolbar, cool. How much is the toll?

Six quid?
