I've asked Zen to regrade me from Home 1000 to DSL Max. I wonder what will

Based on my experience with Eclipse over the last two weeks; you might well
get the following for the 10 days after the upgrade:
2 days of an almost unusable service - line dropping continuously and
intermittent speeds when it is up
I had almost 7 days of that.
2 days of intermittent line drops and low speed. Usable but hardly worth the
bother
Missed that bit altogether.
2 days of a 'stabilising' line with a full upload speed but slow downloads
Just a few hours at that.
3-4 days of stable service with a slowly improving line speed
I seem to be on one day at that.
Stick with it, it's worth it in the end :-)
Yes, it does seem that way now - it was so bad at one time though, that
it didn't look like it would ever get better.
