Yay, good to hear both of you are starting to improve. Hopefully things
will be on the up now. Don't think my connections have been switched to
the 8mb yet but have managed to be stable throughout. Think I'd have had
very stern words if I was one of you by now, even as a fan of Eclipse.

I think I might actually. I had a support ticket registered for the
excessively bad connection I had, but they simply closed it tonight, no
reply or anything.

Yep, talk to customer services, have a whinge, something a bit flaky is
one thing, an unusable service for over a week is not acceptable. Tell
them you've had no choice but to revert to dial up, which isn't on when
you are paying good money for a service. I'd be wanting a free month or
two, or a refund, upgrade to the better service, something to make up
for the lousy transition.

Yes, I certainly will. I'm going to wait the 10 days though first, I
want to see what kind of difference the contention system gives me, and
what I can get once the restrictions are lifted.

At least it's working more like the blurb has been suggesting anyway,
I'm getting a period of use now, with the pauses for retraining, and not
the other way around.
