People's behaviour never ceases to amaze me...

They wouldn't be interesting without a diverse range of behaviour. But, coming back to the person in question, IMHO, they have had sufficient warnings etc. to have been able to modify their behaviour - if they wanted to - and, as they haven't, and as they have been told on numerous occasions that many people find it offensive they must surly be doing it deliberately not as a troll but to offend.
