Nope - this is a popular myth. He did have some phases of abstaining from meat, mainly due to stomach problems but also because of the influence of Wagner and the Lutherans (more to do with stoicism/asceticism than vegetarianism). There's an autobiography of Hitler's personal chef where he describes some of the dishes he used to cook for Hitler and many of these are far from vegetarian.
