Pages and booklets

Is it possible to use Pages (whatever version) to make booklets that can
be assembled using an ordinary photocopier?

What I have in mind here is:

an A5 booklet with
one *** of A4 card to form the front and back covers
pages from A4 paper folded in half
staples in the centre

The pages produced on A4 will have to be:

1. last page first page
2. second page second-last page
3. third-last page third page
4. fourth page fourth-last page

And so on.

Or perhaps there is a some other application which can take a series of
PDF pages and do the necessary re-arranging?
