First hit in ebays help files if you search on ebay.

other remedies remove the listing, issue a warning, or suspend the
user's eBay account."

Well, that's not disallowing advertising on usenet, just on newsgroups that
don't allow advertising.

Well yes, but that means not only can we shout at him, we could report
it to eBay and have action taken on his account.
