Now you are starting to see the benefits of FCP's batch capture. With that, you save only the project and the non-video assets like stills. That normally fits with ease on a single CD. The video stays on the original tape.
yes premier elements offers the same feature the premier file is like KB and the video file is seperate. Please tell me FCExpress is the same or am I looking at a massive file again?
it is work stuff but on a budget - I was taken by the REV drives until I saw the price per disk. I suppose most our video will not be 18 gigs like this one - this one is over an hour - most of our films are max 15 mins. Does anyone know if PC can read .dv files ?
