I found the 3com access points (routers) compared to others a bit more
tricky to set up, the 3com modem router was fine though.
I recently picked up a Linksys WRT54GC, not their usual blue black
affair but something about the size of two packs of cards side by side
and in silver, looks quite nice, good range for the size, about £40 inc
vat. Nice and simple to configure, easy to hide, has a foot so you can
have it vertical or horizontal.
