Their web server doesn't know what timezone your web browser is in, so it is
going to be hard to display a "local" time for you.
There are also several times in an email - the time the sender submitted the
mail (their local time), the times for whatever mail servers the mail went
through, and the time the mail was delivered into the mail store.
However FWIW a mail I just sent from my work address here got displayed by
www.mac.com with a time of 6:15 PM GMT (correct for me), so I don't know
what you're seeing.
Do the billing settings for your account list the UK?
