I hope not too, and I'd doubt it, I actually had good service from NTL!

They still have trouble by the looks of it, I did have connection until
about 18:30, I got about 5 minutes of use as I got home from work, and
it has now died again. I dialled up on my emergency Aardvark account,
and it confirms they are still having trouble :-(
