Anyone using Win2003 for server based Mac profiles?

I got a call today from someone using Win2003, Panther and AdmitMac for
server based profiles. If anyone else is using Active Directory for
authentication and specifically hosting the home folder on the Windows
server, I'd be interested in any SNAFUs you've had.

The seem to be having some major problems with their design apps, and
bearing in mind a few things I've read, I'd be inclined to revert to local
profiles for a bit as a reference test. But I don't have any direct
experience and wonder if anyone uses this sort of setup and has comments.
