We're having real problems at working connecting to a Windows NT 4.0 box.

If copying a file over an existing one, I confirm the replace, and even
after disconnecting the share, Windows complains it can't access the file,
there appears to be a lock left over on it - reboot is the only solution.

I can also get Finder to reliably crash - just before copying a file and
overwriting an existing one, delete it from the server (do the delete on the
server itself), then copy the file before the Finder realises it's
disappeared. After the file has been copied, Finder crashes. (This is
repeatable with XP shares as well our NT 4.0 box).
