Thanks - it is the 3080. Why on earth she got this I will never know.

I can't find any real information on that site - i.e, the original
manufacturer of the motherboard,

According to the techguys website all 308x systems are basically Advent
7095 cases. This must be, according to this website

based on a barebone from ECS, model 321.

So I assume that ECS is also the ODM of the mainboard. The world of cheapy
laptops is quite complex and involves a lot of relabeling :-)
