I know 4 buyers of Novatech notebooks, some dating back 4/5 years and all seem happy.

mind that 2 year deal, its only an additional year in theory.

Dunno where you live, but I always think any laptop needs to be tried.
Novatech obviously have the Portsmouth branch, but there's also a Brstol showroom just off of M5 J19. Might be of some help.
