Tablet PC recommendations

We need a touch screen tablet PC with a widescreen display.
Not too bothered about the performance as it's mostly going to be used as a
VNC client controlling a server.
Any suggestions?
I see there's a toshiba Portege that would do the trick.
Anyone got any other suggestions or comments
