Does anyone here have had any experience with Alienware laptops? I'd like to
hear some stories.

Thanks

I have an Auroa 9700 which is a great machine etc etc. That is the
good side. The dark side is the inability of Alienware to deal with
issues once they arrive. I purchased the machine with the right to
upgrade to Vista once launched. I am still waiting for my copy of
Vista. Why you ask I do not know and nobody at Alienware can
truthfully tell me either. Its in the post, we have a problem, repeat
that tens times and you will have the gist of their customer service.

Nice Machine pity about the service.
