Fujitsu Lifebook S7110

Got the screen damaged in my luggage few weeks ago.My mate has a broken
S7020
but the cable connection to my MB from his screen not compatible.Is there
such a thing as an adapter
or can the cables be adapted to suit? Longshot,.Thanks.
