Compaq Laptop N400c - Changing bios battery

Ivw managed to get the battery out of the laptop, its a Sanyo CR16 I think,
anyway it has 2 wires stuck to it by small silver lumps, which is sealed in
a packet, How or where would I be able to replace this with one that already
has these wires connected to it. Thanks if you can put me on the right track
