What's your minimum CPU spec?

Talk to Norman Osland. He's selling a fairly powerful Dell machine: he
thinks he's selling it to me, but I can't afford to offer him a fair
price for it at the moment. He's in Coventry, if that's local enough
for you to collect.

Don't take this as gospel, but 500 pounds will probably secure it.
