Just a further note.. I was once not keen on Dell before I tried them last
year. Last August I bought a Pocket PC from them (Dell Axim x50v) and it
really is a superb unit. I was so impressed with the Axim, that when I got
the chance to upgrade my laptop I decided to go the Dell route once again.
In the past week, a friend of mine had to call on his warranty, of his Dell
Axim Pocket PC, due to slight problem. The support was really good. He
called them on Thursday evening and he had the unit replaced on Friday (less
than 24 hours his unit was replaced with a new one, no messing around). As
I said I was unsure about Dell to start with, but now I would deal with them
without worry.
