Iiyama LCD monitor

Ca anyone help please. (help desk closed until Mon)

Switched on today and picture was poor - wishy washy and a bit too blue.
Went to use the controls and the language had gone to German!!!!

If I press the Auto Set button the picture becomes fine for a few seconds
and it then reverts to its former state. Have tried reloading the driver -
but no change.

Using the manual controls I can't find a good setting to get the quality of
image I need.
