Well, i can still recommend csoft - with reservations. Their mail service is a bit less reliable than i would like it to be. I've had several problems with it over the 5 months or so i've been with them. However, their tech support staff seem to be available 24 hours and are generally very responsive. It never takes long to sort out problems. They've got an irc support channel which is a very fast way of getting problems solved.
All services are likely to have glitches and it's probably better to have them slightly more frequently, but dealt with very quickly, than to have them less frequently, but going down for a long time.
Overall, i'm very happy with the support side of things.
The server my sites are hosted on seems to be a bit under-powered though - but i guess that's to be expected, as they're quite cheap. I seem to get more "internal server error"s than i would think is reasonable, when open pages on my sites. However, as i access pages many times a day mostly, i guess i see this considerably more than anyone else would.
On the plus side, you get unlimited mysql/postgresql databases, unlimited domains (and subdomains, i'm sure, although i haven't used any), unlimited bandwidth, and generous storage space - for a low price. You get ssh login as well as a web-based admin system. And so far, as far as i remember, i haven't seen any web server outages.
What you don't get with them is cPanel - although reselling is permitted on any account above the most basic one(s?).
They also do monthly contracts - so you don't get stuck with them if you don't like them.
Overall, i'd say the server power is about what you'd expect for the price, but bandwidth, storage, and support are a lot more than you'd expect for the price.
