Hi all,
I'd like some advice on where to buy a Linux ready (I was thinking of
Ubuntu-Kubuntu) custom built PC in the UK (delivery in London). I did
some research, and found efficientpc.co.uk, which sells Linux- ready
custom-built machines.
I think I like the catalogue of pcspecialist.co.uk more (comparable
prices, but more choice, including monitors: receiving everything in one
Saturday delivery would be very convenient for me) but they don't
support Linux in any way and have no clue about hardware compatibility.
Would you know / recommend other vendors? Do you have any experience
with Efficientpc or Pcspecialist ?
Thanks!
Have a look at http://www.dnuk.com/homepage.php
This box (dual core Athlon) came with Suse 10.2 pre-installed and I've
been very happy with it.

Gordon
