Given the choice with some urgent stuff, I know how I'd send it, email is a
wonderful thing when used properly and not preverted by Ms's mail clients or
its users, but it's rarely instananeous, particularly when going through
company email servers. As for acknowleged delivery from the recepient: most
people don't seem to, and as for servers in can be stuck in the mail spool
undelivered for as long as it takes.
