Thanks for the pointer. Looks like I would need a video card and as IRQ loading
can apparently be a problem with Asterisk/Digium, perhaps it's not a great idea.
It would have been a great improvement though.

Erm. Does the machine in question have a monitor at all? If so, what's it
plugged into, and if not what are you viewing the console on?
